As we get a requirement from our clients, Our pre-sales team would get deeper into our customer's workflow and pledge to bring speed, security and reliability to their networks. Once the pre-sales team has got the approval from clients IT team on the proposed solution our sales team will start the sales negotiation with the management. Upon receiving the sales order our pre-sales team will hand over complete product knowledge to the post-sales team for the installation and deployment of the solution. Post-sales team will prepare a deployment plan as per the client’s requirement and get it approved. Once the plan is approved, the installation team will start the installation and finally hand it over to the client IT team. For the first one month the installation team is responsible for the stable working of the solution and after that the project comes under the supervision of the maintenance team.

For the smooth handover at all stages we use project management and CRM software for automatic daily reports to clients and all other stakeholders of the project.

Design team-Every solution goes through multiple layers of screening through a very experienced design team before the solution is presented to the client.
